Location was great and closeness to town centre
Dislikes:
Services was poor, and breakfst time was 08.00am to 9am on Sunday morning, when many are still sleeping after staying up on Sat night.
Room door says 'no smoking', but room smells alot of cigarette.

When booking this guest house the website claimed that it was smoker friendly but on arrival we were told that only 2 rooms were smoking rooms & were booked up.
